first generation farmers…

Crosby Farms is a family owned farm located in Chester County South Carolina.  We’re Chris & Paige Crosby, and we own and operate the farm with our two daughters Mabrie and Claire.  

Originally from Rock Hill, SC, we purchased 100 acres from the Shuler family the same year we married in 2010.  We then set out to find what type of farming operation we wanted to run. 

We selected raising cattle because it is one of the few types of farming that you can be small and still produce a great product.

As we practice being cattle farmers, we have learned that we enjoy working with our herd and selecting genetics that will help other producers.

Mabrie and Claire had the idea to plant sunflowers and had a successful first sunflower sale in 2020.  As parents we are excited to see this develop, as they have already started planning for the summer sale in 2021.

We are excited about the future of Crosby Farms and partnering with consumers to build our brand and provide the best quality product possible.
